We provide Rhode Island DOT physicals to any RI resident requiring a DOT medical card to perform their occupational duties.  Because we provide mobile (for 5+ clients) and in-office DOT Physical exams, we serve a wide client base of drivers from Providence, Johnston, Cranston, Warwick, Smithfield, Woonsocket, Central Falls, Pawtucket, North Kingstown, South Kingstown, and beyond.  In addition to RI DOT physicals, our other services include respirator fit exams, fit for duty exams, and asbestos exams.  All of these services are provided by a licensed nurse practitioner.
